Meet the Owner
Rubik brings extensive experience in large-scale construction management and owner representation. Having worked previously as a Construction Manager (CM) and Owner’s Authorized Representative (OAR) with some of California’s largest commercial projects, Rubik is fully equipped with the skill set and resources to successfully deliver a project from conception to creation.
Rubik started working construction with his father at fifteen — learning the trade on real job sites long before he learned it in a classroom. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 2018, but the foundation was already laid: a builder raised by builders, who runs the company the same way he was taught — on-site, hands-on, alongside the crew.
Today, Rubik applies this proven methodology to residential and commercial projects, offering clients the rare advantage of large-scale project expertise paired with refined craftsmanship. His commitment to excellence ensures that each project is executed with precision, integrity, and an uncompromising standard of quality.
