The Eagle Rock HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zone) covers a substantial portion of the neighborhood, requiring Certificate of Appropriateness review for exterior changes — windows, roofs, additions, fences, sometimes paint. Outside the HPOZ, the Baseline Mansionization and Hillside Ordinances still apply. We sequence HPOZ review carefully into the design timeline.
